Tunisia closes border with Libya amid tension

Tunis demands Tripoli boost security at border posts after group of armed Libyans tried to cross it.

    Tunisia has closed its two official border crossings with Libya until the Libyan government improves security at the posts.

    Tunis shut the border after a group of armed Libyans tried to cross it. The Libyans reportedly got into an argument and then fired shots into the air.

    Anita McNaught reports from Ras Jedir, on the Libyan border with Tunisia, on increasing tensions between the neighbouring countries.
