Millions suffering amid East Africa drought

UN says situation is "worst humanitarian disaster" in the world and appeals for "massive support".

    Aid agencies have warned that 10 million people are in urgent need of aid as East Africa suffers its worst drought in half a century.

    Meanwhile, conflict in the region is also adding to the people's plight.
