Ocampo says arresting Gaddafi best option

ICC prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo says it is time to arrest Libyan leader, his son and country's intelligence chief.

Luis Moreno-Ocampo, the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, has said it is time to arrest Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, his son Saif al-Islam and country's intelligence chief, Abdullah al-Senussi.
