Sleeper cell fears in Ajdabiya

Medical staff in rebel-held Ajdabiya fear Gaddafi loyalists trapped in the town are still active.

    Doctors and nurses in a hospital in Ajdabiya tell Al Jazeera they suspect men loyal to Gaddafi are among them, posing a constant threat.
