Locals and Somali refugees battle over scarce aid supplies.


    Refugees fleeing trouble in Somalia are facing a different kind of conflict in Kenya.

    Locals are using illegal means to try and obtain scarce supplies - aid that's intended for the 3,000 refugees from Somalia.
