Protesting in Hong Kong shopping malls a new tactic

Hong Kong police have fired tear gas to disperse protesters who trashed parts of a shopping mall and adjacent metro station.

Protesters trampled on a Chinese flag and lit fires as they targeted stores run by mainland operators.
