Niger refugees: Hundreds hope for a new life in Europe

Hundreds of African refugees and migrants are waiting in northern Niger, hoping to cross the Mediterranean Sea  and reach Europe.

The recent spike in fighting in Libya might have slowed the flow of undocumented migration, but it has not stopped it.
