
Myanmar dam burst: Villages inundated by floodwater
A dam has collapsed in Myanmar – flooding villages and forcing thousands of people to flee.
Sixty-three thousand people have been displaced and rescue efforts are underway to reach thousands more who are stranded after a dam broke in Myanmar.
Heavy monsoon rains in the Bago region caused the collapse.
