Families visit fallen soldiers’ graves in Falkland Islands
Relatives of 90 Argentine soldiers killed in the Falklands War have visited the graves of loved ones for the first time after their remains were finally identified.
The families of 90 Argentine soldiers killed in the war for the Falkland Islands, or Malvinas, have visited their graves for the first time.
Their remains have been identified thanks to an agreement between Argentina and Britain, whose 1982 conflict left 900 soldiers dead on both sides.
