Philippines: Duterte to deliver second State of Nation address

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte is due to deliver his second State of the Nation Address on Monday.

From a conflict with ISIL-inspired fighters in Mindanao, to his bloody war on drugs and calling the United States “lousy”, it has been a turbulent time in office for Duterte.
