UK holds minute of silence for Manchester attack victims

Britain fell silent for a minute to remember the victims of an attack in Manchester that killed at least 22 and seriously wounded dozens.

Meanwhile, police raids in the northern city continued as the hunt for people linked to the concert bomb attack was in full force.
