How developed is North Korea’s nuclear programme?

The International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons will be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.

This comes as tension remains high on the Korean peninsula following Pyongyang’s launch of a new intercontinental ballistic missile which it says can hit the United States.
