Puerto Ricans frustrated over lack of aid

Puerto Rico is still struggling to recover, nearly three months after Hurricanes Irma and then Maria slammed into the island in September.

Thousands of people are still without power.

It’s estimated that the island suffered as much as $95bn in damages.

People remain frustrated by the pace of recovery.
