Hugo Chavez, Venezuela’s president, has won a referendum that calls for term limits on the presidency and other official posts to be abolished.
Al Jazeera’s Marianna Sanchez reports from Caracas, the Venezuelan capital, on the vote which will allow Chavez to run for president again in 2012.
