AU mission in Somalia urges UN to help maintain stability
The African Union says it is incapable of bringing stability to war-torn Somalia because of a lack of vital funding and logistical support. Now the AU is urging the UN to take over its Somalia peacekeeping operations and extend its engagement beyond diplomacy. Al Jazeera’s Zeina Awad reports.
