Pierce helps Wizards tame the Bulls

Paul Pierce scored 22 points, and John Wall added 21 and nine assists to lead Washington Wizards past Chicago Bulls 105-99.

Bradley Beal added 17 points, Nene had 13 and Marcin Gortat finished with 11 points and nine rebounds as all five Wizards starters finished in double-figures scoring.

Elsewhere, Manu Ginobili came off the bench to score 27 points, as the San Antonio Spurs snapped the Charlotte Hornets’ five-game winning streak with a 98-93 victory.

Despite resting key players, soaring Atlanta Hawks cruised to their 10th consecutive victory by beating Boston Celtics 105-91.

Zach Randolph collected 20 points and 14 rebounds, helping Memphis dominate the paint en route to a 103-92 victory over Brooklyn, who lost their seventh straight game.
