Japan getting a tennis boost
Japan’s interest in tennis has increased since Kei Nishikori made it to the final of the US Open earlier this year.

Kei Nishikori’s presence in the final of the 2014 US Open has inspired many in his home country of Japan to take up tennis.
Nishikori has already earned around $10m this year thanks to Japan’s lucrative endorsement market.
But, as Paul Rhys reports, his performance on the international stage is filling up the tennis courts with interested individuals at home.
