It is the second time Afghanistan have featured at the Twenty20 World Cup.
The troubled nation is looking to shake-up cricket’s hierarchy after a quick and unexpected improvement over the last few years.
This time they are in Sri Lanka to win matches. However, with India first up, it will not be easy.
