South Africans strike back at #IAmStellenbosch campaign

South African social media has erupted in backlash against a hashtag campaign intended to challenge stereotypes and promote understanding.  

 

Following the release of a documentary featuring students describing their experiences with institutionalised racism at Stellenbosch University, students launched #IAmStellenbosch to share experiences attending the multicultural university.
