What are the implications for the escalating violence in the deeply divided country?

Three years after the fall of Muammar Gaddafi, infighting and confusion reign in Libya. Last week the US government said the UAE and Egypt had carried out airstrikes in Tripoli against a loose alliance of militias known as Libya Dawn, who now control the capital. A charge Cairo denies. In the east of the country, a new rival government is being set up, which was elected in June and is recognised by much of the international community. Is the country on the brink of civil war, and are the deep political divisions also exposing a growing rift between regional Arab States? Join us at 1930GMT.
