On Thursday Riz speaks with one of the leaders of American higher education, Richard Levin, for his insights on the globalisation of American education.

Today, students in Beirut, Abu Dhabi, Beijing, or Mumbai can receive a degree from a well-known British or American university without ever leaving their country.

Levin will also discuss the need to better educate American students on international issues. Yale, in particular, has produced the past three American presidents (George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George H.W. Bush) along with many of the country’s leading business and political decision-makers.

Levin has been president of Yale University since 1993.
