Dick Cheney makes a surprise stop in Iraq – his second since taking the job as Vice President of the United States.

Cheney says he is in the region to push the Iraqi government to take tough steps to curb sectarian violence (which might include cancelling the parliament’s summer recess) and to drum up more support from Iraq's Arab neighbours.

But is there another agenda? And if yes, does it involve another neighbour of Iraq; Iran?
