Shocking video shows police tasering black man up-close

A video of a police officer using a taser on a black man in Denton, Texas has many outraged. Officials say twenty-six-year-old Marcus Coleman was allegedly interfering with the arrest of a woman after police received a call reporting her indecent exposure. The incident was recorded and posted on Twitter in video that has gone viral, with more than 11,000 retweets and 5,000 favorites. Coleman is seen asking police to leave the woman alone when an officer in close proximity tasers him. Before being tased, he is heard yelling “We’re just people,” and “I’m innocent and you’re trying to shoot me.”
