Clashes with police leave dozens of Mexican farmworkers injured

Thousands of labour activists have been protesting over the past several months, demanding higher pay and improved working conditions. Stalled negotiations escalated tensions, leading to Saturday’s events. Reports say police shot rubber bullets at the protesters after some reportedly clashed with authorities.
