Anti-immigration flyer targets Canada’s Sikhs
Online condemnation from Canadians after group distributes ‘racist’ leaflets.
Flyers dropped at the doorsteps of some Canadian homes have many Sikhs condemning them as racist propaganda.
“The Changing Face of Brampton” flyers, distributed in the Southern Ontario city of Brampton, show two images: A group of Caucasians and a group of Sikhs. The pictures are followed by the question, “Is this what you want?” Brampton residents received the leaflets last week.
Dan Murray, the co-founder of Immigration Watch Canada, confirmed to the Toronto Star the group produced the flyers and countered the claim that it was racist. Below is a picture of the flyer:
