#FreeAJStaff: 300 days in prison

Al Jazeera calls for the immediate release of its detained journalists.

October 24 marks 300 days since the arrests of Al Jazeera’s journalists. Peter Greste, Baher Mohamed and Mohamed Fahmy have been imprisoned in Egypt under charges of “spreading false news, endangering national security and supporting a banned organisation, the Muslim Brotherhood”. Al Jazeera dismisses the allegations and has called for their immediate release.
