Honking your horn today will cost you big in Lagos

The city of Lagos, Nigeria announces horn free day to fight noise pollution.

Nigeria’s biggest city, Lagos, has declared October 15th Lagos Horn-Free Day. Anyone caught honking near schools, hospitals or security zones will be slapped with a 20,000 Naira ($120) fine.

The state government released this ad to boost awareness of the campaign and reduce noise pollution.
