Faced with rogue militias unwilling to lay down their weapons, is Libya on the verge of collapse? Post-Gaddafi Libya has been plagued by tribal fragmentation, attacks on government authorities, and ongoing human rights violations. The militias have targeted Christians, women, and former Gaddafi sympathizers. Despite these struggles, many of Libya’s youth are creating their own projects and means to move the country forward.
