There are some tough jobs in the world of politics but few come tougher than that of the Serbian president.
Tadić is faced with the seemingly impossible task of finding a deal on Kosovo and selling it to Serbia.
The Serb leader is also facing pressure on another front – to find the indicted war crimes suspects General Ratko Mladic and Radovan Karadzic, the former Bosnian Serb leader.
In this interview with Stephen Cole, Tadić discusses those pressures and explains why Brussels is the final home for Serbia and the challenges of keeping peace in the Balkans.
