The latest dispute has threatened to derail the peace process just a month after it resumed – with the US trying to broker a compromise.
The Arab League has agreed to give the US one month to convince Israel to renew a freeze on building settlements in order to keep the Middle East peace talks from collapsing.
On Tuesday, joining us to discuss those issues will be Leila Farsakh, a professor of the University of Massachusetts, and Hussein Ibish from the American Task Force on Palestine, a Washington, DC based group dedicated to a peaceful two-state solution.
