On Wednesday we speak with Egyptian acting legend Omar Sharif.
Sharif began his career in Egyptian film in the 1950s, but soon rose to prominence in Hollywood with his roles in Lawrence of Arabia (1962) and Doctor Zhivago (1965).
Now in his 70s, he continues to be active in Western and Egyptian cinema, and his 2003 Monsieur Ibrahim et les fleurs du Coran was received with critical acclaim.
