This is the first time I attend a concert for Marcel Khalife in Syria.
Not only did I really want to come but I insisted my children come with me so they can hear the songs we used to listen when we were their age. Songs full of meaning.”

“He’s a great singer with a great history. He always sings for the Palestinian cause. We are Palestinians and we love him. He always sings about our suffering as Palestinians, with beautiful music.”
