Ex-Obama adviser Stuart Seldowitz filmed abusing halal cart vendor

A former US State Department official who worked on Middle East affairs has been filmed harassing a Muslim halal food vendor who he abused with Islamophobic and anti-Palestinian remarks. Seldowitz has issued a muted apology and been arrested by New York police.
