Pakistan: Bracing for a crisis

As Pakistanis once again suffer devastating floods, we ask if the country could have been better prepared.

Pakistan has called on the world to speed up relief efforts after devastating floods killed more than 270 people and displaced at least 200,000 more. 

A year after similar floods ravaged the country, questions are being asked about whether Pakistan could have been more prepared, and what could have been done to reduce the catastrophic effects on millions of people?
