The opposition accuses the government of failing to handle the crisis.

Greece is struggling to contain fires that are raging across the country and has requested international assistance.
With the authorities overwhelmed by the catastrophe the government has declared a state of emergency and the army has been mobilised.
While the government is insisting that the fires have been deliberately started, the opposition is accusing it of failing to handle the crisis.
Inside Story asks who is to blame.
