Israelis are marking 40 years since they annexed East Jerusalem.
At the same time, Palestinians are remembering their Nakba, the day they were forced off their land 59 years ago.
At the heart of the Arab-Israeli conflict, Jerusalem has always been claimed by both Palestinians and Israelis as their capital.
Ever since the start of the peace process, it has been an insurmountable obstacle in all rounds of talks.
So, who does the city belong to? Could it be a capital for Palestine and Israel at the same time? Is it a key to any solutions to the Middle East conflict?
