Daniel Ortega has spent most of his life as a member of the Sandinista National Front.

He served as president of Nicaragua from 1985 to 1990 and was re-elected in 2006.

Sir David joins him in the Nicaraguan capital Managua to talk about politics and revolution.

John Kerry

 

Senator John Kerry heads the Senate’s senior foreign relations committee.

He joins Sir David to talk about US foreign policy and the economy.

Robert De Niro

 

Robert De Niro is viewed as one of the greatest actors of all time. His work in iconic films such as Taxi Driver, Raging Bull and the Godfather series have won him two Academy Awards and international acclaim.

Sir David meets him in New York.

Luis Moreno-Ocampo

 

The ICC has issued a warrant for the arrest of Omar al-Bashir, Sudan’s president. Luis Moreno-Ocampo, the ICC prosecutor, talks to Sir David.
