Vincent Ezelle was formed in Lagos in 2009. It is a four-piece band made up of Chuma Obumselu on vocals and guitar, Wura Samba on percussion, Tosin Alade on rhythm and lead guitar and Stephen Osadolo on bass.
Their sound is a blend of West African highlife, Indie guitar music, soul and folk and they cite a wide range of influences from Fela Kuti to The Cure.
Their single Sign And Wonda is a regular on the Lagos radio airwaves and their debut album Seven Days in Lagos is due for release in October 2010.
