State-of-the-art airport designed to cope with growing number of travellers as Gulf state becomes regional travel hub.

    Qatar has unveiled a new state-of-the-art airport in the capital Doha, as the Gulf state pushes to become a regional travel hub to rival neighbouring Dubai.

    Hamad International Airport is designed to cope with the rapidly growing numbers of people travelling to and through the country.
