Syria rebels brace for Aleppo offensive

Morale is running low among fighters in northern province as regime forces gain ground.

    Building on its victory in Qusayr, the Syrian military has shifted its attention to trying to clear rebel-held areas in Homs and Aleppo.

    Government forces are reportedly preparing for a major offensive on rebel-held parts of Aleppo province, which has been the subject of violence over the past few days.
