Video emerges of Syria 'shoot-to-kill policy'

Citizen video of security forces apparently placing fake evidence of insurrection on dead civilians.

A new video clip purportedly showing shocking evidence of the Syrian government's brutal crackdown on protesters has appeared on YouTube.

The footage apparently shows uniformed security forces fabricating evidence of an armed insurrection by placing ammunitions on a group of dead civilians.

Al Jazeera cannot independently verify the veracity of the video because foreign media has been banned from the country.
