Al-Qaeda blamed for Yemen attack

Officials accuse al-Qaeda in Yemen for deadly attack in southern city of Aden.

    Yemeni officials have blamed al-Qaeda for an attack on intelligence and police headquarters in the city of Aden, which killed 11 people, including three women and a child.

    Witnesses say the attackers stormed a detention facility and freed a number of prisoners.

    Al Jazeera's Mohamed Vall reports.
