Baghdad blasts 'target embassies'

Security officials say suicide attacks targeted foreign embassies.

    More than 30 people have been killed and dozens wounded in three suicide car bombings in Baghdad. that security officials say targeted foreign embassies.

    The bombings come weeks after inconclusive parliamentary elections in the country that experts say have left a power vacuum in Iraq which armed elements may seek to exploit.
