Doubt after Iraq's poll result

Despite a poll result, Iraq's political coalitions cannot yet govern.

    Iraq's long electoral process has produced a winner,  but the country is still little closer to a clear outcome.

    While the UN envoy to Iraq has called the process "credible", there is still much work to be done before a stable government can be formed.

    Al Jazeera's Anita McNaught reports from Baghdad.
