Breakthrough agreement allowing inspectors to visit enrichment facility shows "shift".

    The head of the UN's nuclear watchdog has described Iran's stance as shifting from confrontation to co-operation after a breakthrough agreement on Sunday.

    But Iran's decision to allow UN nuclear inspectors to visit its recently disclosed enrichment plant on October 25 has been cautiously welcomed by the US and France.

    Al Jazeera's Nazanine Moshiri reports from Tehran.
