Jewish lobby with a difference

"Alternative" pressure group J-Street holds inaugural conference in Washington.

    A new Jewish lobby group, which opposes Jewish settlements and advocates a Palestinian state, has held its inaugural conference in Washington.

    The group has already caused a stir, with its position prompting the Israeli ambassador to the US to stay away from the conference.
