UK-Bangladeshis in historic contest

British-Bangladeshis are leading the election race to become MP in an east London district.

    British-Bangladeshis are aiming to make history in the upcoming UK general election by running to be the first ethnic-Bangladeshi member of parliament.

    In the east London district of Bethnal Green and Bow, all the candidates running for the country's main political parties are UK-Bangladeshis, giving them a strong chance of victory.
