US and Russian negotiators are meeting in Geneva, Switzerland, to negotiate a treaty aimed at reducing their nuclear weapons arsenals.
It is the biggest weapons disarmament agreement of its kind and will restrict the type and number of carrier systems; including missiles, fighter jets and submarines that each side could deploy.
It is a sign that the US and Russia have entered a new era of cooperation.
