Al-Megrahi expresses sympathy for Lockerbie victims
Abdel Basset al-Megrahi, convicted of the 1988 Pan Am Flight 103 bombing over Lockerbie, Scotland, has expressed sympathy for the victims’ families but maintains he is innocent of the crime.
