Al Jazeera captures bomb footage

A cameraman was injured capturing footage of an Afghan roadside bomb.

    Since the death of its military leader, Mullah Dadullah, the Taliban has stepped up its attacks, and they appear to be spreading outside the traditional southern fighting ground. 

    In a sign of this new intensity, two roadside bombs exploded in Kandahar last Thursday injuring an Al Jazeera cameraman.

    Laurence Lee reports from the Afghan capital.
